Urban Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette features fifteen eyeshadows in a black matte case. The outside features a smoky grey “UD” and it has laser-cut filagreed edges and a large mirror. Below the shadows sist a velvet-lined box so you can keep that after you’ve finished up the palette... helloooo, does this ring a bell? :)) its package is almost identical with the ¨15 anniversary palette¨. I'm so happy they decided to release a new product with a similar package, its absolutely gorgeous :) I'll be making a comparison between the two palettes in my upcoming posts, so U can see what I'm talking about :D
Price - 55 $
¨Urban Spectrum comes in a stunning, collectible black case with a smoky gray, faceted “UD” jewel and laser-cut, filigreed edges. The detachable lid houses a full-size mirror and stands up on its own—perfect for on-the-go touchups. Since a palette this gorgeous should live on long after the shadows are gone, we built Urban Spectrum to last! When you’re done with the shadows, remove the tray and use the velvet-lined box to stash jewelry and other mementos.¨

Every once in a while, something comes along that changes everything, and THIS is one of those times. Urban Decay introduces 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil—a liner like no other. Developed specifically for use on the inner rim in the waterline, this creamy, demi-matte pencil lays down waterproof color that lasts ALL day.
Line just your waterline or use this pencil to tight-line in between your lashes too. Even creamier than our original bestselling 24/7 Eye Pencil, this formula glides on easily and goes anywhere you want to put it. And after the color sets, it won’t budge.

Naked Basics and Naked 2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette Comparison and Swatches

If you’re a fan of neutrals, or you know someone who loves neutrals, these are must-have palettes. The texture of these eyeshadows is phenomenal: silky, smooth, finely-milled, not at all powdery. They’re densely pigmented with true-to-pan color payoff.
These tiny palettes are perfect for travel. One could fit in your wallet, its that small – it’s delightfully compact and lightweight.

The Naked Basics Eyeshadow Palette is priced at 30 $ on Urban Decay site: http://www.urbandecay.com/naked-basics-eyeshadow-by-urban-decay/355.html

Although its a small palette, it contains six full-sized eyeshadows:

  • Venus (soft, off-white demi-matte)

  • Foxy (very light yellow/beige matte)

  • Walk of Shame (very light pinky nude matte)

  • Naked 2 (rosy taupe matte)

  • Faint (warm, dusty brown matte)

  • Crave (deepest, darkest brown/black matte)

The Naked 2 Basics  Eyeshadow Palette is priced at 30 $ on Urban Decay site: http://www.urbandecay.com/naked-2-basics-palette-by-urban-decay/283.html

The shades are:

  • Skimp (beige with a vellum-satin finish )
  • Stark ( matte pinky-tan)
  • Frisk (matte taupe)
  • Cover (medium matte brown with red tones)
  • Primal ( medium matte brown with yellow tones )
  • Undone ( dark smoky matte brown)

If you're asking me, in terms of colors, my personal favorite out of these two mini palettes, is the Naked Basics original. I just think U have there everything you need on the go, and it has a deep black eyeshadow that you can also use as eyeliner as well so... you guys decide :)
All ´n all its a perfect  bag/ pochette palette that everyone should have.

Naked Smoky palette by Urban Decay

Hello dolls, to complete the Naked saga I´m sharing some thoughts and swatches today about the Naked Smoky palette from Urban Decay.
I don't know why, but when I'm looking at all shades in this palette, I just wanna describe it as ¨Twilight in New York¨, it just seems the most accurate description :) All the 12 shades here are the best choice to make an exceptional smoky look.
My personal opinion is that they choosed to many shades of brown and grey, I think it would have been a more efficient palette if they would have included at least a shade of violet, a deep green and a dark blue for diversity; a very good example is the Smoked palette also from UD which has all these colors, although it has only 10 shades its just perfect, its complete.
Here is the link for the review and swatches for Smoked Palette, witch I would definitely choose over this one: http://confessions-4makeup-addicts.blogspot.ro/2015/07/smoked-palette-urban-decay-review-and.html

The Naked Smoky it priced at 54 $ on Sephora site:
http://www.sephora.com/naked-smoky-P398419?skuId=1724350

This palette comes with 12 smoky neutral eye shades, a double-ended brush, and a detailed lookbook with four chic looks.

The 12 shades are:
  • High (champagne shimmer micro-glitter),
  • Dirtysweet (medium bronze),
  • Radar (metallic taupe iridescent micro-glitter),
  • Armor (metallic silver-taupe tonal sparkle),
  • Slanted (light metallic gray),
  • Dagger (medium charcoal micro-shimmer),
  • Black Market (jet-black satin),
  • Smolder (deep plum-taupe),
  • Password (cool taupe matte),
  • Whiskey (rich brown matte),
  • Combust (soft pink-taupe),
  • Thirteen (light beige satin)

From all the Urban Decay palettes I have to say, the Smoked one and the Naked 3 are my absolute favorites.

Naked 3 Urban Decay Review and Swatches

 Naked 3 palette

Hello again :p funny story guys, I was looking through my blog posts and I just noticed I had some reviews and swatches for the UD palettes (witch I'm completely obsessed with - amazing quality and pigmentation ) and I've noticed I haven't posted anything about the Naked 3 or 4 and decided they are worth mentioning in different posts.
The Naked 3 is the most romantic palette out of the Naked series, having a lot of pink undertones. Its value is 54 $ at Sephora; U can purchase this beauty here:  http://www.sephora.com/naked3-P384099

Naked 3 comes with a synthetic dual-ended eyeshadow brush (blending and flat) which is quality and very much usable. It also comes with a sampling of 4 Primer Potions: Original, Eden (nude matte), Sin (shimmer), and Anti-Aging.

The 12 shades are:
  •  Strange: matte beige with slight pink undertone
  •  Dust: very shimmery, pale peachy-pink with glitters - it would be wise to apply with eye primer,    because of the glitter it has problems sticking to the bare eyelid and has lots of fall outs
  •  Burnout: satin pinky-peach
  •  Limit: pink-tan matte
  •  Buzz: satin rose with tiny microglitters
  •  Trick: pinky-copper shimmer with microglitters
  •  Nooner: cool matte taupe
  •  Liar: satin pinky-mauve
  •  Factory: satin warm brown
  •  Mugshot: satin taupe
  •  Darkside: satin plum-taupe with a lot of depth
  •  Blackheart: sooty, matte dark chocolate with copper glitters
They are all so fabulous, I'm not even sure witch one is my favorite shade of all...
I just love the entire palette :)
